Booking conditions Osensjøen Camping

ORDERING AND CONFIRMATION

An order is binding after confirmed with an order confirmation. When ordering you must provide your name, address, email address and mobile phone.

To book you must be 18 years of age. If you book for a minor (a person under the age of 18) and you are not going to stay at the campsite, the minor must present a confirmation signed by a parent on arrival.

 
PAYMENT/PAYMENT METHOD
When booking you pay 50% of the total amount. You pay the remaining 50% 21 days before arrival.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

Check-in is after 15.00 hours and check-out by 11.00 hours.

Please let us know when arriving after 18.00 hours on arrival.

 
CANCELLATIONS
Any cancellation must be made in writing by email or SMS, at least 14 days before arrival for individual bookings and at least 4 weeks before arrival for group bookings.

In case of cancellation you pay a compensation to Osensjøen Camping. This amounts to:
If canceled 2-13 days before arrival 50% of the total price.
If canceled 1 day before arrival, 75% of the total price.
In case of cancellation on the same day, or in case of no-shows (arrival not cancelled), 100% of the total price.

The fee will be refunded pro rata.
We recommend that all our guests take out travel insurance that covers cancellations.

DEPARTURE BEFORE THE AGREEMENT IS AGREED

If departure takes place before the agreed time/day, full price must be paid for the remaining period.

COMPLAINTS

Any complaints must be reported to our reception within 2 hours of arrival. This allows us to have the opportunity to make it right.

VANDALISM

The guest is responsible for any damage he may cause to persons, buildings, furniture and equipment. The orderer is responsible for damage that is caused to the campsite as a result of negligent or intentional conduct.

FORCE MAJEURE (Unforeseen events)

Events outside our control, such as strike, lock-out, fire and events like this, entitle us to terminate the agreement without obligation.
